Factory packaged, and perfect other than the plastic cap at the end of tube that the arms slide back and forth on got chipped. se the first picture after the stock photos to see what I am describing.It is still 100% attached and does not affect functionality. Its only purpose is to keep you from sliding the arms off the rack completely. Rack will still work perfectly!
